In 2002, after being let go from a job where I was the top salesperson, I made a life-changing decision: I would no longer leave my future in someone else’s hands. Already studying real estate, I saw it as a path to both independence and meaningful service. I earned my real estate license that same year and my broker’s license just nine months later.

Since then, I’ve helped clients across California, with most of my work centered in Modesto and the Central Valley. Real estate also gave me the flexibility to be present for my children, from school drop-offs to sports practices and years of being a proud team mom.

My specialty has been short sales and commercial property, with a strong focus on complex negotiations. I’ve helped hundreds of families avoid foreclosure, relieve overwhelming debt, and find a path toward stability and peace of mind. Those experiences shaped my belief that every property represents more than a transaction. It represents a family’s hard work, hopes, and future.

That is why I approach every client relationship with care, honesty, and determination. My goal is simple: to help every client come out of their transaction in a better place than where they started.
